Koska only ships within the EU (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in Spain). The shipping costs are not included in the price of the items listed for sale on the website. They will be specified during the check-out process.
Your order will be prepared within 4 business hours after placing the order and will be shipped at the same day if you place the order before 11.00 AM.
For all shipments please consider all local holidays and delays that it make cause for which we are not responsible.

If, after several delivery attempts, the transport agency is unable to make the delivery and the order is returned to our facilities, the customer will be responsible for the return costs and will be refunded the difference of cost for the shipping return.
All shipping costs include VAT (Spanish IVA).
